This meeting will demonstrate how Exit Planning is a customized process of setting goals and deciding how best to achieve them. You will learn how to assist business owners whose successor target might be children, a key employee or an outside buyer, discover how Exit Planning helps the business owner maximize their financial return and minimize the tax liability when transferring their business. If they die or become disabled before they retire, Exit Planning will help the business survive their departure – enabling the business owner and their family to receive its full value.

Discussion will include:

• Establishing an owner’s objectives.

• Establishing business value and cash flow.

• Promoting value through value drivers throughout the transition process.

• Selling the business to a third party for top dollar.

• Transferring the business to management or family members who have no cash.

• Developing a contingency plan for the business.

• Wealth Preservation Planning.
