In this presentation, attorney Al Secor will discuss legislative updates for estate planners and other items of interest. He will go over Tennessee legislative changes (non-tax) concerning estate administration from the past year. Next, he will discuss tax-related issues from the Tennessee Legislature and federal tax changes. Finally, he will address areas of interest concerning wills, premarital agreements, and tenants by the entirety accounts.
